Kadenia Williams-Javis, MBA, RTRP  is the Proprietor and CFO of Javis Financial Services, LLC dba Javis Tax Service. Kadenia, believes in educating her community about their tax liability and she is also an advocate for tax literacy.

Kadenia is dedicated to providing assistance to individuals and business with their tax concerns and questions. Her passion is helping consumers “Avoid the Franchise Fees,” and letting them know that there is “An Affordable Alternative!”

Kadenia has the education necessary to impart information to the public and hundreds depend on her expertise. Mrs. Javis received her BS degree from Limestone College and attained her MBA degree from Strayer (Magna Cum Laude).  She holds the designation as an Authorized Electronic Provider and Electronic Return Originator (ERO) with the Internal Revenue Service. She has numerous professional development certificates from the American Institute of Banking, Dale Carnegie Training, and  Rhodes Financial Services just to name a few.

Established in 1998, 2010 was her first year providing year round service. After a career in banking and finance for the past fifteen years working for companies such as First Citizens Bank, Blue Cross Blue Shield, NetBank formally RBMG, Strayer University, University of SC, Allen University, Richland County School District #1, Internal Revenue Service, and as an Fiscal Accountant for the Department of Army (SC National Guard/US Property and Fiscal Office). Kadenia has discovered that numbers is her niche and helping others so she plans on expanding her tax office and offering more financial products in the future.

Kadenia and her staff continue to stay abreast of new tax laws by taking required classes offered by the Department of Revenue, National Association of Tax Professionals, forums and symposiums held by the Department of Treasury so that she may answer questions and concerns that customers may have. If she doesn’t have the answer she knows what resources to use to get the accurate information.
Kadenia’s faith and perseverance has leaded her to build a clientele on word of mouth alone. She credits several mentors that she thanks God for putting them in her life to make this dream become a reality, especially her mother-in-law, who knew she had the drive and tenacity to start her own business.

As a woman of faith and child of God, she knows how to connect with people from all walks of life. Her non-judgmental attitude and candid personality has allowed building a diverse clientele. One of her favorite scriptures is:  Luke 6:38 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. Her contributions to her community are further expressed through her involvement with her church, Gill Creek Baptist Church, VFW Post 4262, V.V. Reid School and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Kadenia is married to Christopher L. Javis and they are the proud parents of four children (Kristen, Kaitlin and twins Morgan & Meagan). She is the eldest child born to Charles Williams and Shirley Harts Williams, and has one brother (Charles Keon Williams).


Charlene Moultrie,MHA (Customer Relations Manager) is a native of Columbia, SC.

She is employed with Javis Financial Services as a Customer Relations Manager and a business owner with Mary Kay Cosmetics. She was employed with BlueCross and BlueShield of SC for 10 years.

She is a 1998 graduate of South Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Charlene enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, helping others and enriching women's lives.

Allen Brown  (Financial Advisor) is a native of Columbia, South Carolina. He left Columbia in 1991 to join the Armed Forces. A veteran, formerly serving in the United States Army as an "All-American Soldier" in the elite 82nd Airborne Division, Allen, returned to his native home to attend college at the University of South Carolina, where he went on to graduate in 2002 with BS degrees in Finance, Management Science and Management with a concentration in entrepreneurship, later receiving his MBA from Webster University.

An agent with New York Life Insurance Company, Allen started his insurance and financial services practice to assist in facilitating the largest transfer of generational wealth our community has ever witnessed, ensuring a legacy of financial security, independence and freedom for those to come.

A former lender with South Carolina Community Bank, and a graduate of Branch Banking and Trust's (BB&T's) Management/Leadership Development Program, he has worked with individuals, church leaders and business owners for over 10 years helping them to maximize and manage their money in the most effective and efficient ways possible.

Allen is married with three daughters.




April Taylor-Harris (Executive Assistant) brings a wealth of knowledge, outgoing personality and customer service to the team.

She holds the position of office manager at Javis Tax Service, as well as Owner of "A Room of Elegance".

April has obtained her AABA in Business Administration from AIU. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and shopping.

Dr. Tiniece P. Javis (Chief Operations Officer) is a native of Orangeburg, South Carolina. She was educated in Orangeburg public schools and was a 1991 graduate of South Carolina State College. She taught mathematics at Airport High School and Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School for a combined 6 years. In 1996, Dr. Javis became an assistant principal at Summit Parkway Middle School and served in that capacity for 3 years. While employed at Summit Parkway, she attended graduate school at the University of South Carolina where she obtained a master’s degree in Mathematics Education in 1995 and another in Education Administration in 1998. From 1999 to 2007 she served as Human Resources Director in Richland School District Two and in 2009, Dr. Javis received her doctoral degree from Nova Southeastern University. She is currently in her 5th year as assistant principal at Dreher High School. She has 21 years of experience as an educator.
Dr. Javis became partners with her sister-in-law, Kadenia M. Javis and brother-in-law, Christopher L. Javis, at Javis Tax Service in December of 2011. To this partnership was the acquisition of the first commercial space to be occupied by Javis Tax Service. Her human resource experience makes her the likely choice to serve as the Chief Operations Officer at Javis Tax. Although Dr. Javis works full-time at Dreher High School, she makes time after hours and on weekends to handle business operations.
Dr. Javis is a member of the Columbia Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Inc. and participates in community outreach programs through that organization. She is married to John W. Javis III of Columbia SC, and they have two sons, John IV (9) and Evan (6). They attend Zion Chapel Baptist Church #1.

Wykeisha D. Lewis  (Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer) is a native of Columbia, SC. She has been employed with Javis Tax Service as a Tax Preparer and Bookkeeper for the past year, but she’s definitely not a stranger to the tax world. She has also been employed with Palmetto GBA for the past 12 years, currently as a Training Specialist. She brings a wealth of knowledge, extensive research and development skills as well as exceptional customer service skills.
She is a 1998 graduate of W. J. Keenan High School and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Limestone College. In her spare time you can find Wykeisha cheering on her son at a basketball, football or track event. She also enjoys concerts, shopping and most importantly spending time with family and friends. Wykeisha is also an active volunteer in the community with several organizations, such as Harvest Hope, Camp Kemo and SC Midlands Pop Warner Football and Cheer Association.

Tiffany Harts (Administrative Assistant) is a native of Columbia, SC.
She is employed with Javis Financial Services as an Administrative Assitant since January 2012.  She has experience in customer service and brings a youthful presence to the office.   
She is a Lexington District One High School graduate and is currently attending Midlands Technical College.  She plans to attend a four-year university to get her Bachelors degree in Mass Communication with a minor in Music Production and Business.
Tiffany enjoys anything surrounding music, exercise, hanging with friends, and embracing the lessons in life.
